Working with Berry Lane on this cover gave us a great chance to see Berry through a fresh lens.
Capturing the front cover was a team effort, using a drone over the township of Berry in the early hours of a spring morning, just as the fog cleared. As the sun came over the crest, we captured the perfect shot, not only of where the Berry Lane development will be situated, but also of the surrounding escarpment. It highlights the region's character, showcasing an area just 10 minutes from the ocean yet surrounded by dense bushland, and the kind of relaxing birdsong reflected in our cover image.

Inside, this edition offers a straightforward, detailed look at what it really means to live in Berry today. We break down housing prices and buyer interest, explore family life through the eyes of a lifelong local, and highlight the local businesses that keep the town thriving year-round.
The feature also looks ahead to the future of the Berry Lane project, including the proposed garden design by celebrity landscaper Jason Hodges, and how thoughtful planting and clever outdoor spaces can shape a neighbourhood from day one.
We wrap it all up with an ideal “day in the region”. A snapshot of the beaches, cafes, and experiences that continue to draw people to Berry for good reason.
