What is South Coast Style?
South Coast Style is a seasonal print magazine celebrating the voices, stories, and community of the South Coast of New South Wales. Each 128-page issue covers lifestyle, people, homes, gardens, food, culture, and everything in between.
How often is the magazine published?
South Coast Style is published four times a year, seasonally
Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring.
Where can I find the magazine?
You can purchase a subscription or individual issues through our website, or find us at a stockist near you. Visit our Stockist page to find your nearest location.
Can I read South Coast Style digitally?
South Coast Style is a print-only publication.
Subscriptions
How does a subscription work?
When you subscribe, you will receive each new seasonal issue delivered directly to your door. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
If ordering between seasons, you will receive the most recent edition upon purchase, and then a payment will be made from your selected payment method on the first day of the next season.
When will my first issue arrive?
Your first issue will be the most recent edition in print at the time of your subscription. Dispatch times are typically within 3–5 business days of an edition becoming available.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions auto-renew each season unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder before renewal.
How do I update my delivery address?
To update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@southcoaststyle.com.au as soon as possible, and before the next issue dispatch date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@southcoaststyle.com.au or 0473 386 122. Please note that cancellations must be received before the next issue dispatch date to avoid being charged for the following edition.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely. A South Coast Style subscription makes a beautiful gift. You can purchase a gift subscription through our website or visit The Gifting Suite for more options.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are subject to Australia Post timeframes once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, South Coast Style ships within Australia only.
What if my magazine arrives damaged?
If your magazine arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@southcoaststyle.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damage and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If you are within our local delivery zone, please contact us directly and we will resolve it for you. For orders delivered via Australia Post, we recommend checking your tracking information first. If your order appears lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@southcoaststyle.com.au. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been lodged with Australia Post.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a magazine?
We do not accept returns on magazines or back issues for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once an issue has been dispatched. Please contact us before the next dispatch date if you wish to cancel.
What if I ordered the wrong issue?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@southcoaststyle.com.au and we will do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.
