SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Local Delivery Zone For orders within our local postcode delivery zone, South Coast Style handles delivery directly and takes full responsibility for your order from dispatch through to delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@southcoaststyle.com.au and we will make it right.
Australia Post Delivery For all orders delivered via Australia Post, we take full responsibility for your order up until the point it is lodged with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, responsibility for delivery passes to Australia Post. South Coast Style is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged once in the care of Australia Post.
If you experience an issue with an Australia Post delivery, we recommend lodging an enquiry directly with Australia Post using your tracking number. While we are unable to guarantee outcomes, we will do our best to assist where we can.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. South Coast Style is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipping At this stage, South Coast Style ships within Australia only.
